• Many of Afghan International Telecom Group staff is of Afghan descent. Each of them play an active role in the successful completion of all projects. We have local participation at all the levels, junior, midlevel and senior level who are  Afghan citizens from all disciplines: Accounting, Engineering, Inspectors as well as construction workers.

  As one of our companies standing principles we strive hard to play an important role in the rebuilding of Afghanistan. We provide   internships to university students for on the job trainings and job opportunities to graduates, to work at junior level positions in the form of assistant engineers alongside our experienced project managers.

  Having recruited a lot of Afghan people in 2017, Afghan International Telecom Group continues to play a major role in the local job market. Afghan International Telecom Group managers believe that sharing skills and professional experience is the best way to show the young generation of Afghans the road to future success.
